[GeoStL] Upside down re-enabled

Upside down (GCHRGD) has been re-enabled.

The latest log reads thus:

> The final cache is in a new location. The instructions have had
> all necessary modifications to allow you to find its new loca-
> tion.
> 
> Anyone who previously logged this as a find in its old location
> may do so again - except deltawinner, as she helped me relocate
> it.
