Of course I read it, how else would I have known it existed?
I was Bizzzzzzzzeeeeeeee. (As I explained in my email LOL) Now not so much. Doesn't matter, as it turns out we haven't cached locally in such a long time that most of our favorites have been archived. We really can't play anyway.

Also, I'm all about communication.

August 12 and August 19 were 1 week apart. I wasn't blasted a week later on the 26.

Now that I know where the original info came from and I rummaged through deleted emails, I think we're talking about two different things too.

The "Best Of" Email Blast that came on the 12th does say that the rules and ballot would be available online or by request. Which is what I thought I remembered and why I would have deleted the email, "Don't need to keep that, I'll find it online". The ONLY Election Ballot *I* have was even earlier (August 9th) and I couldn't remember where it came from. I realized that it's September, the picnic was getting closer and that eventually voting would stop.. couldn't remember when that was and couldn't find it, so I asked. I suppose I "assume" I'd be able to find that online too.

I wasn't trying to be snarky, just thought that if I now had some down time and was wondering.. "hmmmm now where can I easily find this info" then maybe someone else was too, or maybe there are new people who haven't gotten the info at all. Most times people are directed to the geostl website for answers. I couldn't easily find it there so I came here -- to a warm, fuzzy safe place. (OK, maybe now THAT was snarky) LOL

Sorry if by asking I've made someone mad or aggravated -- that wasn't my intention. It's also not my intention to malign the website or it's keeper. I really just wanted the information. I've not had reliable email for several weeks.

I also think all the candidates should give a speech to be made available as a podcast. heh-heh That would put Paul closer to his goal of 100 wouldn't it? KIDDING.

Nancy -- guess which one!

I'm beginning to wonder if some of you ever read the email
blasts that I send out. The ballot was included as part of
an email that I sent out on August 12th. I will be sending
a follow-up later this week and will tell you how you can
get the ballot if you don't have it anymore. Additionally,
you may vote between 11:00 and 12:-00 (noon) at the SLAGA
Picnic. It will not be available online. It must be sent
to a valid email address or picked up in person at the
picnic.

Read my email blasts, you might learn something and you
might get to vote on top of that.

ON August 12, 2007, SLAGA president sent an email blast
to all the SLAGA

members who have maintained valid email addresses in
the SLAGA database.

Andrew sent the following to the newsgroup on August
19,2007.

It contains the same information that was sent in the
email blast:
