[GeoStL] Spring Picnic TB race

This is just a reminder pertaining to the Travel Bug
race that will start at the Spring Picnic.

- Please drop the TB entrant into the Spring Picninc
page as its starting point

- It would be nice if you can place an image of the TB
on it's bug page for all to see.
