It's usually held down on N. Main St. between Adams and Jefferson. There is a 
banner hanging on the fence at the foot of 1st Capital and Riverside Dr.

That's the same night as the MOGA staff meeting.....What time are you
wanting to sleigh ride?
 I'm game after that's over, The park is open until later on I think if
your talking after the meting count me in I love the snow.

Where is this ice carving festival you speak of on Saturday?
