1.  Make muffins, add chocolate to the mix.

2.  Make potatoes, melt cheese over the top.

Sorry Rich, I couldn't resist. ;-)   Sounds like I missed a lot of great 
food at the picnic, but I heard I won a gift card.  I guess not being there 
brought me some luck.
