[GeoStL] SLAGA Site News: New Feature Announcement

A while back, outdoorlady79 asked about the possibility of creating a
feature on the SLAGA site to announce caches that were soon to be archived.
Not only did she come up with the idea, she also volunteered to help manage
the items to be included!

So, check out the link above which describes how to utilize this feature.
While we don't currently have any such announcements posted, they will
eventually show up on the 'Front Page' at the site in the 'Random Facts &
Fun Tips' section as well as on a page specifically for these announcements
and accessible via the 'Soon To Be Archived' menu item.
