[GeoStL] SLAGA Mailing List Guidelines

The current 'SLAGA Mailing List Guidelines' are
under review and may change in the near future.
We plan to rework the section regarding 'netiquette'
so it is clear what is recommended as appropriate
posts.
Also, below is a snippet from the Guidelines that
I think needs to be reiterated from time to time.

"What you post will potentially be seen, over time,
by thousands of people. Before you post anything,
ask yourself whether you really want to be known
for posting what you're about to post. If you have
any doubts, don't post it."

You may think you are just sending emails to other
people's in-box. But all messages on this newsgroup
go into an archive on the internet, which can be
search easily by a search engine.
Don't include personal information such as cell
phone numbers, email addresses, snail mail
addresses, work location, etc. in a post to
geocaching @ freelists.org. Your posts are
viewable/searchable by the general public on
the internet.
