Bernie,
I would avoid getting any kind of glue on your metal nuts. Something like
that could mess up your mojo.
What was the name of that glue again?

a rubber O-ring cut it in half, glue it and immediately try to pull it
apart. I guaranty you that you can't separate them. You can do the same
