To use Spinner, GPXView, GPX2HTML, or Watcher you must get your GPX files 
from pocket queries.  Converting .loc files to .GPX files will not work.  
The gpx files coming from pocket queries are complete with cache 
descriptions, logs, etc, while those done by converting .loc files contain a 
minimum of information that can be used only for uploading to gps.   The 
only advantage of converting an loc file to gpx file is to do mass change of 
the symbol from Waypoint to Geocache
