It is going to be a geocaching/geocoin event. To release the coin to the public and present the coin to the CCC in their honor is the mission of the event. I don't know of a specific timetable. I would think a good time would be when the people organizing the event could do it. :-) I dont know that there is a rush on it. I shall ask tho.
