I just talked to my brother (plastics sales) and he suggested contacting this 
company.

He said to ask them if they would be willing to send you a few samples of their 
many different sized preforms.  They may also know of a distributor.

There is a "contact us" link on their site.  They are an Indian company with US 
contacts.  You never know.
