Google Earth plays games with the geocaching waypoints. If you notice, they  
drift around every few seconds. If you want to view the exact spot a cache is 
at  in Google Earth, go to the cache page, copy the coordinates and paste them 
into  the "Fly to" window in the upper left hand corner. This will give you 
an  excellent idea of where the cache is located. It uses a different icon, but 
it  is something you can change.
 You can also open a GPX or LOC file in GE and see where waypoints  are.
