I dont think that there is a OCB at 141 and 30.
I have arranged 3 or 4 dinners at Bandannas ranging from 15 to 40 folks, no
money up front and no minimum attendance. The difference tho is my dinners
were order "off the menu" and not the buffet. I could never front the $$ to
set up the buffet.
RGS recommends CC's pizza buffet. All you can eat for $5.00 'ish.
OCB in chesterfield is OK for me. I know a great place in Brussels IL but
that is just really too far. I think White Castle could cater if we could
get a room. (large room with good ventilation) . I kinda like them little
slippery burgers.
Right off the bat I cant think of anyplace else.
