I know that PQ's are assigned a priority. Ones that have
never ran will run first and then the oldest to the newest.
Reqularly run PQ's (daily) are ran last. In a case where I
really need a PQ, I will take an existing one, copy it and
set it up to run once with a delete. Usually I get those
pretty quickly.
