I think we can set up Saturday morning. I think we need to be there by 8:00
am.

According to the MDC public notice, exhibitors can setup Friday

evening between 4pm-6pm.  Otherwise, setup can occur between

6:30am - 9am Sat morning.

 

Is the plan to set up Sat. morning?  If I show up to document 

SLAGA's participation in the event, will they be checking a list

of names that I should be added to?

 

Doesn't look like I'll have a DV camera purchased by then. (Still

can't decide which make/model I need).   But we do have

a new Canon Sure-shot S2 that I will use to take a lot of digital

pictures (and a few short videos).

 

I will be cutting it close with the iRiver mp3 player. That might

not get delivered until 7/29.  (and I won't get the lapel

microphone until maybe a week from now).  Which means I may

not be able to create a geocaching podcast of the SLAGA

lunch on Friday.  But like I said, I have the Canon!
