[GeoStL] Our Cache "A Generals Mansion"

This cache will only be disabled the weekend of Sept. 30 - Oct. 2.  (Cache has 
already been disabled.  We will remove it Thurs. evening)
Every year there is an event called The Harney Mansion Days.  There are many 
activities that occur during this event.  Totally free if you want to check it 
out on Sat. the 1st. 

We are removing this cache so it doesn't get stumbled upon by muggles during 
this time.  It will be replaced Oct. 3rd.

Just letting everyone know in case someone is planning on looking for this this 
weekend.
