Perhaps we should mail them something...especially to those areas that there are allot of caches. I would be happy to type label for each of the departments.

This really goes to point out how many people STILL have never heard of geocaching. Somehow we need to come up with a way to contact each major police force, sheriffs dept, or district and make them aware of caching and what it involves. Then someone in that organization could pass the info down to the officers that might run across a cache or cacher and at least be aware of what is happening instead of coming into the situation cold.
