[GeoStL] Next Spring's Geocaching Invitational?

-
SLAGA did not sponsor the last competition (although, its
bank account was used for the monetary transactions ...). I think
mogeo.com was the primary local web site used to
advertise it. geostl.com had only a mention of the event in its
event section and a link to the geocaching.com event page.
As co-webmaster of geostl.com, I saw little content on our
site in terms of info about the previous competition. As far
as I have heard (keep in mind I have not been part
of the inner sanctum for quite some time), details
of the next competition have not been solidified.

I get my SLAGA news from RGS, and he did mention
recently something about insurance coverage required
by Missouri state parks for large events like the last
one. The last one was covered under the legal umbrella of
the orienteering club. Of course, if it isn't in a Missouri
state park, the rules would be different.

I have a few questions about next Spring's Geocaching Invitational. I was
looking for info on SLAGA's site and couldn't find the dates that will be held.
Is that still going to be at Meramec State Park? I'm trying to see what can
be done about the insurance policy required by Mo State Parks.
Thanks
Lazylightning
