[GeoStL] New Mark Twain Lake Map

For those of you with my free garmin topo maps.  There is a new version of
the Mark Twain Lake topo map. This is the map you will need for MOGA.  The
new version covers the entire area MOGA will be in.  Download it at:

Close mapsource

Download the binary img at replace the earlier version in:

C:\Program Files\Garmin\My Topos\

The original map did not cover all the area so I needed to make a new map.
There was also an area (Salt River) next to Mark Twain Lake that I had made
a map for.  The new map covers all of this so the Salt River map needs to be
removed.  This makes things a bit more complicated.  So you need to do a
couple more things.  (Normally all you need to do is download and replace
the map.)

After you download and replace the file open 

C:\Program Files\Garmin\My Topos\test_pv.txt

Remove the line that says:

img=00000327.img

Save file (as text file)

Then double click on:

C:\Program Files\Garmin\My Topos\Map.bat

You can delete 00000327.img if you want.

That's it.

Don't forget Dwayne ExpertGPSed the trails and they are on the new MO Trails
map.  Just follow the directions on the CD on how to update (download it and
replace the file on your harddrive.)

Or you can bring your laptop to Cabin Feaver and I will do it for you.

And finally, don't forget every once in a while after replacing a map with a
newer version, when you try to upload the new maps and you will get a
strange message saying there is not enough room for the maps.  The
directions give the simple procedure to fix this (run map.bat).
