[GeoStL] Need Help Activating GeoCoin

I just tried to activate my MOGA geocoin.  I'm entering the tracking number 
and the activation number just as they appear on the tag, but I'm getting a 
rejection message that says the two numbers don't match.
Any advice or suggestions?
