Unfortunately, you are tied to who they want to play ball with. They can 
pick their competition. Legal loopholes allow them to decide what 
partner they can choose. Every area is different. Globally, they have 
chosen Yahoo to team up with. They can say they have no more lines 
available for Earthlink or whoever. That is their option. My point being 
that no matter who you through, you will be on SBC equipment. Covad was 
CoLo'ing their DSLAMS but it became too expensive!
