[GeoStL] NGR.. but Computer related

This is NOT geocaching related so some might want to DELETE NOW but since we 
all use computers to geocache, it might be useful. 

I have been reading this guys newsletter for awhile and always find something 
useful at one time or another. As a result, I use a large number of the 
programs that he recommends.  I thought I should pass along the info and not 
keep all the good stuff to myself.
