No cameras so no pics...sorry. Ran into 57chevy and his wife there and we were
directed to sit in Section 3 ( that's on Level 1 right behind home base). When
we were evacuated they directed our group onto the field and then from there
toward the exit on the Gate 3 side. Pretty neat...we can say we were on the
field of the new Busch Stadium without getting arrested! They had small groups
of people in most sections of the stadium to evacuate. Lots of people were
there, but I think the heavy rains may have kept some home. Once we were
evacuated, then our duties were complete. We got our "goody bag" and
certificate and went home. They also provided us with one of those $3.50 (or
was that $5.00) ballpark hotdogs, chips and soda prior to the drill briefing.
Interesting disaster drill with representatives from a number of federal
agencies (FEMA, FBI, Homeland Security, etc.) and, of course, local police and
fire.responders. This is my first experience being on this side
of the disaster drill...always before I was assigned to the emergency triage
and/or initial treatment of victims. I guess that's what happens when one
retires.

Was anyone allowed to take pictures?
How about some on-the-scene reports?
