[GeoStL] NGR: Street Navigation S/W for PocketPC

As I know a couple folks here have been evaluating Mapopolis of late, I
thought this might prove interesting....

I've used the current release of the 'Pocket Navigator' package and thought
it was a decent package in it's current incarnation. But if some of these
'improvements' pan out as described, this could get very interesting.
