[GeoStL] NGR: PLEASE VOTE on Nov 1st TOO!

I just figured out that the voting actually ends at the end of TODAY. If you 
have a moment please vote one more time, he needs ever y vote he can get today. 
I watche dRoy walk again this past Thursday. He had to have some help because 
of the rain, but he went the whole 50 yards. Here is a link to that article.
