It's got the jitters. Even with just the power cable
connected (no control cable), anything displayed
on the screen is a doubled ghost pattern. Happened
in the middle of installing an old version of DirectX.
I walked away during the install. Came back and
saw the jitters. It's been a trusty monitor for about
5 years.
Giving it a whack on the side doesn't help.
It's a 21" and VERY heavy. But a wonderful monitor.
Paying $200 for repair is cheaper than buying a new
one. Although, my Dimension 8400 3.6Ghz :-) will be
delivered in the next few days with a nice 17" monitor!
