Mike I would suggest you google Milloy Exxon before judging his credibility.

> After all, don't plants thrive on CO2?

Plants grow on the ground, the problem is up in the upper atmosphere where
all the greenhouse gases trap the earth's heat. Since plants are on the
ground, they cannot absorb the greenhouse gasses. But the loss of tropical
rainforest also increases global warming.

> I believe math is a solution to everything.

Here is some math:
Each gallon of gas produces 28 pounds of CO2. If all of the vehicles in the
U.S. averaged 40 miles per gallon (mpg) we would save over 3 million barrels
of oil each day; that is more oil than the United States currently imports
from the Persian Gulf and could ever extract from the Arctic National
Wildlife Refuge, combined. Getting 40 mpg would cut global warming pollution
by 600 million tons a year and save consumers more than $45 billion each
year at the gas pump. So how much will this cost those who are funding
Milloy's junk science?

The warmer the water the more energy there is for the hurricanes. What
happens when the effects of global warming increases the surface temperature
much more than the increased caused by these natural cycles? And that does
not get into problems of melting ice caps.
