[GeoStL] NGR: Eagle Eyes

It takes someone with an eagle eye to notice the difference between these two 
satellite shots. I might use something like this in my next cache. However, if 
you turn the speakers on, there is a small clue given in the speech. It takes a 
few seconds to load.. It is in German but I think you will get the message.
I found all three differences in less than 1 minute. Most will only find 2.
