I got the same letter.. For me, it's no biggie.. I have always had 2 meg.. Now, 
they will know about it.. Today I benched at 3.6meg. It was flying!
Hopefully they will put me back to where I was when it is all over with..

As for WU.. They have a mailing service too.. It's not as official as you might 
think..

  To those with Charter Pipeline...

  I got a letter from Western Union, in care of Charter, regarding my pipeline 
service being upped to 2 mbps until Mar. 24th. Anyone else get this? I assume 
this is a good thing, I know that faster is better, but seriously, I don't know 
what I should do about it. Really, charter should send something, not western 
union, kind of odd.
