Two likely reasons:
(1) (Assuming you are accepting cookies) make sure you are accepting *all*
cookies, and not just first party cookies.
(2) Check that Javascript is enabled.
The problem here is that both of the above "fixes" open big security holes
:-( The better solution is not to use insecure third party mail services
such as hotmail and yahoo.
