hmmm I got a message from one of my farm friends that named a guy (I don't remember his name) but she said he is a hacker and is messing with people on facebook. I guess we need to be very careful there too now :(

Just a note to anyone on Facebook.  If you got a message from BWAT (Bridget Griffin) claiming to have been stranded in London after being robbed.  And, that Mike could only send her $400 for her to get home. She is actually safe and sound here in Missouri .  She is at work and looking forward to going to GeoWoodstock with Mike in a couple of days.  Do not send her any money in London .  If you feel the urge to give her money….wait until you see her in Bell Buckle.

 

Bridget, we love you and are very glad you are not stranded in London and not hurt.

 

If you did get contacted by Bridget or any other “friend” on Facebook with a similar plea, it is called a “419 Scam” and there is a form to fill out for that.
