Hey y'all. Just a reminder that if you haven't checked out the Midwest Geobash yet, it's coming up around the corner. This is going to be one big and fun event. I'm not sure on what the numbers of reserved sites at the campground is, but it's up above 75 now. We're expecting 300+ cachers to descend on Harrison Lake State Park in Ohio on the weekend of July 15-17.
Check out the event page: <http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=d4a5e8d7-3433->http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=d4a5e8d7-3433- 4297-beb5-d24f953d54b5
There's a full slate of caching related sessions on saturday for those who like to learn and that stuff, but there's a whole lotta party going on too. We'll be hosting socials at the base camp Friday night, coffee and donuts on Saturday morning, and Saturday night.
It's going to be a hoot. There's still time to set up camp in South area or to find a future friend to share a site in the north area with.
Several Chitownians (including my transplanted self) will be making the migration to Ohio for the weekend. Come and join us! Looking forward to seeing you there!
