Laurie,
I plan to attend the March 15 workshop. I have a metal detector I bought
about two years ago. I have not put the batteries in it yet. So I need all
the help I can get.

The Metal Detecting Class was pretty cool! Three guys from the Midwest
Coinshooters gave a presentation, and they showed us some of the stuff they
had found in local parks and in people's yards. They had some coins and
buttons from the 1800s, and lots of rings. They'll give the class again in
St. Charles on March 15.
