I was poking around on the Washington State cachers page and found a page
that will make real neat sheets to attach with your travel bugs. you fill
in some info, and out pops a neat info sheet explaining how to do travel
bugs.  i just used some made up names and numbers to see what it would do
and it works nicely. Give it a try..
