[GeoStL] MOGA 2007 not a 'mega-event'?

gc.com doesn't list MOGA 2007 as a mega-event in
it's weekly email containing new caches, new
events and new news articles.
I think you have to prove somehow that there will
be over 500 or so in attendance for it to be a
mega-event?
