That was in Boston.  They were advertising for Aqua Teen Hunger Force, a
cartoon on Cartoon Network.  There was, apparently, a couple of other cities
that had the same advertising, but none took it as seriously as Boston did.
Thats right! There were other sites where no one cared a wit about the blinky things. Boston went nuts for some reason. Maybe nobody ever saw them in the other cities. If that is the case, it was not much of an advertising hit.
