By copying the ToU (and me snipping it to the relevant information), are we
thereby going against the ToU?  If so, what are the penalties of doing such?
:P

Could Groundspeak decide one day that programs like GSAK are against the ToU
and not allow their use?  What about "copying" the coordinates into your
GPSr?

I am kidding, but it shows how a lawyer could interpret the ToU for a legal
case.
