Go to geocaching.com and look up Webscouter.  He is a really great guy and
takes care of Missouri's First.  We spoke with him on the phone last weekend
and seems to have the "know" about KC.  I met a lot of the KC Cachers at
their picnic last summer and hope to get over to that event again this year.
