It's been a long time since I was there, but I
did finally find it. It wasn't in the traditional
hiding place and it wasn't buried. I was actually
surprised it was still there, being in a park that
didn't have a lot of hiding places within the
area of the coordinates.
Of course, by now it might have been confiscated.
