You don't even have to wait until someone else announces one. You could
just say, "Hey I'm going caching on xxxday at xx o'clock in xxx part of
town. Anyone wanna go?" And poof, you have yourself a group caching event.
It doesn't even have to include caching. Theses folks are quite fond of
breakfast at IHOP. :)
