- I was in the group that went last Feb. & we walked about 3.3 miles. The brush wasn't all that bad, but there isn't a trail for the most part. It was a pretty good workout, but we didn't lose anyone. I don't know your kids, so I can't say. If a blizzard comes in though, the kids get eaten first.
