Jeremy has followed a permissive posture in regard to this as long as the
purpose is a non-commercial. I wonder what agreement he has with buxley as
this appears to be the most commercial of sites that use info from
geocaching.com

groups are in trouble, if Groundspeak ever tried
to crack down on this. All the groups are copying
info from the cache pages, or modifying the
groundspeak logo.
