[GeoStL] Geocache store

Got this on the Kansas list. It's an alternative to the Grounspeak store. My
question is, is it legal, did they have permission from GC? The prices don't
look all that different than Groundspeak, so why would one want to buy from
a different place? Now, if it it was in a different country, making
international shipping cheaper, I could see it. But why two stores in the
same country selling the same stuff at the same price?
