[GeoStL] Gas Prices

The seems to be quite a difference is gas prices between St Louis area
and Columbia, MO. I went caching the weekend and purchased gas in
Columbia for $2.859 at a QT. Coming home, we got off the highway at
Warrenton for a bit, and it was back up to $3.149.
