[GeoStL] GSAK Help

I can't get waypoints to transfer to my GPS. I get an error message that
says; MAGPROTO cannot open 'com 1' for write. Error was 'Permission
Denied'
 
I checked the baud rate they are set the same. NEMA is turned off.
 
Can anybody help me with this?
