A policewoman actually confused her Taser with her service pistol and shot
aguy in the heart thinking she was tasering him. But as is usually the case,
it was not her fault. The city is bringing suit against the Taser
manufacturer for making the unit too much like a gun so as to confuse the
poor police woman.
