Can anyone help out with this puzzle?  All we've determined so far is 
that the pictures with the Octagon in them are all 8's.  Van Buren is 
the 8th President, Bug is 5+3, Carl Yaz is uniform number 8.  We are 
stuck on the music notes but are making the assumption that it's an 8 
somehow.  "Ate" is also in the description as a clue.

We have no idea what the dots on top are for, yet.

Any help would be appreciated!
