I found part of a muggled cache that belonged to Ozguff, it was pretty much
where it belonged but most of it was gone. There were 2 items from inside
the cache with the bottom but no lid or logbook or other loot. OZ e'd me
back and said for me to go ahead and log it as a find, I wouldn't have done
that if he hadn't ok'd it first. It's all up to the cache owner.
