From what I gathered from talking with Nancy Freaks, all they really want
to know is where the cache is so if the rangers find a box, they will know
if a cache is or isnt near there. I dont think they want to get into the
cache placement approval business as they have other things to do. So, I
would not really "ask permission" to be there, just let them know where
you are at. I am sure they appreciate our calls tho. Maybe i should
reword my "caching in the MT Forest" note.
