After reading the logs it looks like these are (a) possibly missing and
(b) definitely abandoned.

Glenn, since you're the regional guy, we've talked it over and if you
can't reach the owner (logs say he's long MIA) we will adopt these.  At
least there'll be *some* positive outcome from all this pain!!!
